Great idea for a ride, hold a scavenger hunt GAUTIER, MI Sept. 15th
The Pascagoula motorcycle group is holding a different type of motorcycle event this Saturday. Be prepared to be looking high and low for things on a scavenger hunt. Not only do you need to find things, but you need to travel to 18 different businesses to get the points to win.
The game will begin at 10 a.m. and will end at 4 p.m. The top three finishers will receive cash prizes, and a drawing will be held at 6 p.m.
There are 200 items on the hunt list, most are motorcycle oriented.
“Certain items are harder to get than others and they’re worth more points,” Baeyens said. “We’ve kept that list a secret.”
Most of the items can be found around the home, but bonus points will be given to scavengers that visit the 18 local businesses participating in the hunt.
This is a great idea for a beautiful weekend event. Bikers everywhere will be making dashes to find the most valued items to be able to finish in the top three positions so that they can win the cash prizes.
Scavenger hunts are my favorite type of biker event because it is fun to try and find all the objects that you are looking for. It is also a challenge to fit it in the time alloted and find room on your bike for the stuff you have to carry to get the points.
