Do not mess with Police motorcycle Officer Melissa Desmarais
This biker cop has certainly shown her strength and her conviction to make the arrest.
Holding two robbery suspects at gunpoint in a parking lot at 1800 N. Sunrise Way, Desmarais was struck by an unrelated vehicle as it backed out of a parking space, officials said.
What is amazing is that after the accident she was pinned between the car and her motorcycle but was still able to keep the two suspects on the ground covered with her weapon. She was able to keep them from fleeing until her backup arrived and had to wait to be untrapped.
She is the type of biker cop that you imagine in the movies, risking whatever it takes to make sure the bad guys do not get away. Hopefully you will never commit a crime around this lady because now you know how far she will go to get her man.
