1st Annual Charles Dean Lewis Scholorship Run Pueblo, Co. April 18th

This is a great opportunity for us to make difference in a child’s life!

Charles Dean Lewis Jr. passed away unexpectedly August 5th 2007. YMCA Camp Jackson was the highlight of Charle’s summers. Charles attended Camp Jackson from the time he was 7 years old and became a camp counselor.

In memory of her son, Antionette Lewis has established the Charles Dean Lewis Jr. Scholorship Memorial Fund to send under privilaged children to YMCA Camp Jackson. One child was sent to camp in 2008 and at least one child will have the same opportunity every summer.

Camp Jackson affords children the opportunity to experience the great outdoors, make new friends, experience new activities, i.e., canoeing, rock climbing, horseback riding, performing and creative arts, archery, riflery and slingshots, the opportunity to learn from great role models, grow spiritually, mentally, and physically.

YMCA Camp Jackson is for age groups 7 – 17

Youth attend camp one week between June 14, 2009 to July 31, 2009

With your help we can send more children to camp this year!

I have owned my Goldwing for 4 years now and I have put on a little over 70,000 miles in that time. I enjoy going to rallies and meeting bikers from every walk of life.
